Founding Engineer (Full-Stack Lead)
As our senior engineering hire, you'll architect and ship client tools end-to-end — the data pipelines, the models, and the applications around them — and set the standards the rest of the team builds by. You'll own delivery from first client call to production, and help build and lead our remote engineering pod. High ownership, high trust, and a direct hand in how we build software.
Machine Learning Analyst
You'll build the AI tools at the core of what we do — LLM applications, retrieval systems, models, and automations — on real, messy client data. You'll take problems from prototype to production and watch actual clients put them to work. You will create products clients will actually use, not just chase benchmarks.
Data Analyst
You'll turn client data into clear answers — digging into datasets across industries, building the analyses and dashboards that make insight obvious, and working with clients to frame the questions worth asking. It's broad, client-facing work with real range.
Developer (Full-Stack)
You'll build the interfaces and tooling clients actually use — the product layer around our data and models. Working alongside our AI/ML engineer, you'll take features from idea to shipped, with sharp product sense and an eye on the people using them. Ship fast, ship clean, own what you build.
Software Engineer (Remote)
You'll add capacity to our client work, taking scoped specs and shipping features alongside the Miami team. It's project-based and self-directed — a fit for a strong engineer who wants interesting work and a path to full-time. Starts with a paid trial task; strong performers get ongoing work.
